Production Process
The flat steel production process:
- (1) Heating: the steel billet is sent to the heating furnace for heating, and is discharged after being heated to the required temperature;
- (2) Rough rolling: the steel billet enters the rough rolling mill and is rolled back and forth for 3 passes. It is formed into an intermediate billet;
- (3) Finish rolling: The intermediate billet enters the finishing mill and is continuously rolled for 7 passes to become the finished product;
- (4) Curling: The finished product enters the coiler and is rolled into a coil to obtain a hot rolled coil. (Opening and shearing): Raw steel coils are uncoiled, trimmed, sliced, flattened, stacked, and packaged into finished steel plates on the line.
